Payment

You can choose to pay with one of the following payment methods: Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal or Bancontact. All prices are stated in Euro and include 9% or 21% VAT, depending on the item.

Shipping

Your order will ship within 3 business days. You will receive an email once your order is sent out. Orders are shipped with PostNL or DHL.

All orders are packed with a lot of care. Unless otherwise stated, collages and prints are shipped flat in a strong cardboard envelope. At checkout, you can select your preferred way of shipping. For some products, you can choose to have your item shipped with or without track&trace. If you select ‘with track&trace’ you’ll receive an email with your link once your order is sent. Please note, if you prefer shipping without track&trace, I can’t track your order for you. 

Shipping costs:
• The Netherlands €2,50 – €7
• Rest of the world €3,95 – €20

Shipping costs are based on the total weight and size of the parcel.

For national orders (The Netherlands), the indicative delivery date is 2 business days from the shipment. For international orders, the indicative delivery date is 2-10 business days (1-2 weeks) from the shipment but may take 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on various supported postal services.

If you order from a country outside the EU there may be custom duties, local taxes and other costs added. Please note, these costs are at your own expense.

I carefully pack your goods to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to info@mariekevonk.com.

Returns

Items bought at mariekevonk.com are fully returnable within 14 days upon receipt. This does not include any custom made products. If you are at all unhappy with your product, please notify me as soon as possible at info@mariekevonk.com. Please note that returns happen at your own risk and the costs of the return shipment are at your expense. You’ll receive a full refund when the items arrive safe and sound. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
